We can provide a preliminary site investigation service to inform you of the major and sometimes hidden issues concerning building on a block of land. As part of this site visit we can discuss your building project and provide you with an appropriate fee proposal for our design services.

Site visit and report fee is $180+GST plus travel time at $120+GST per hour.
