During a preliminary consultation we will give you advice on how to proceed with your project and describe the process we go through when working with Unicorn Architecture & Construction to realise your new home, renovation, retail fit-out, whatever it may be. This is an information exchange session and afterwards you should have a clear direction of where to go to next, and we will prepare an fee proposal based on the services you require.

Preliminary consultations are charged at $180+GST for one hour in either our Ballarat or Daylesford office, plus travel time at $120+GST per hour if we meet at your site.
