To get started with the process of engaging a design professional to help you build, we suggest you initially meet with us to discuss your project and find out how we can help you.
During a preliminary consultation we will give you advice on how to proceed with your project and describe the process we go through when working with Unicorn Architecture & Construction to realise your new home, renovation, retail fit-out, whatever it may be. This is an information exchange session and afterwards you should have a clear direction of where to go to next, and we will prepare an fee proposal based on the services you require.

Buying a block of land with the intention to build on it can be a daunting and confusing experience.There are a number of important elements to consider when choosing land. Suitable building site, solar access, topography, access to services, planning overlays, covenants, existing vegetation and bushfire concerns will all have an impact on what you can build and how much it will cost.
We can provide a preliminary site investigation service to inform you of the major and sometimes hidden issues concerning building on a block of land. As part of this site visit we can discuss your building project and provide you with an appropriate fee proposal for our design services.
Site visit and report fee is $180+GST plus travel time at $130+GST per hour.
