The main elements of the brief were to allow for home office spaces seperate from the hubbub of the living areas, an outdoor living area with a hot tub positioned to take advantage of the country landscape views, and provision for a telescope pad where one can explore the crystal clear night skies.

An integrated landscape design will help create a micro-climate condusive to sustainable and appropriate living within this environment of extremes.
